In October 2023, the publication reported that China plans to launch the Queqiao-2 transponder satellite to the Moon in early 2024, WHICH will provide communication with the Chang’e 6, Chang’e 7 and Chang’e 8 mission ground stations.
In April, Xinhua reported that China plans to establish a constellation of Queqiao satellites in space by 2030.
