Concerns have been raised about the popularity of ketamine in the US following the death of Matthew Perry

It should be noted that doctors specialising in the use of ketamine are working on ethical and scientific standards for prescribing the drug at home.

Perry died as a result of acute exposure to ketamine. The actor died on 28 October at the age of 54 at his home in Los Angeles. The actor’s assistant found him in a hot tub with no signs of life.
